Karine has worked in education for more than twenty-five years, beginning her career as a French Literature teacher in France before moving into language education in Macao. Originally from France, Karine arrived in Macao nearly two decades ago and now considers it her second home. Working with students who struggle quickly became a passion for Karine. Finding a way for each student to be successful is a true motivation, which is why she continues to study and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Special Education to deepen her understanding of students’ needs. Karine joined the TIS family for over 5 years, where she serves as the Inclusive Education Coordinator for Kindergarten and Primary. She considers it a real privilege to provide support for students, collaborate with teachers, communicate closely with parents and work with a dedicated team. Karine looks forward to continuing a positive approach to the diversity of our students at TIS.
