Originally from Toronto, Canada, Sajinda Khan has spent over 15 years working in international schools across Hong Kong, China, Kuwait, and Canada. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Education at Lakehead University, Canada, and is committed to continual growth, currently pursuing further leadership studies. Passionate about making a difference, Sajinda has taught almost every grade in primary and brings a wealth of IB-PYP expertise and a deep understanding of curriculum alignment. She believes in the power of inquiry to ignite curiosity, foster critical thinking, and build the problem-solving skills essential for success in the 21st century. In her new role at TIS, Sajinda looks forward to collaborating with teachers and the school community to deliver a rigorous, engaging education for students from Kindergarten to Grade 6. Outside school, she enjoys adventures with her husband and two children, yoga, and exploring health and nutrition.
